Whether you purchased your items online or in store at one of our locations; all items are backed by a full manufacturer warranty.  In order to help us better serve you, if you have a warranty claim, damaged item, missing piece or any other request, we ask that you fill out the quick form below.  By completing the form, it allows us to the get the right information to our customer service staff to process your request.  Please note, we make every effort to respond and process these request within 24-48 hours.

  1. Refunds are not available. All sales are final.
  2. For your benefit and ease of communication, please add [email protected] to your address book. Email replies will come from that address.
  3. Warranties are offered by each furniture manufacturer and as such, can vary. We at Evansville Overstock Warehouse work as liaisons between the consumer and each manufacturer. Furniture warranties are not offered by Evansville Overstock Warehouse.
  4. Normal wear and tear of product is not covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. It is at the sole discretion of each manufacturer to decide if the issue is indeed a warrantied defect and is not always under the direct control of Evansville Overstock Warehouse.
  6. Evansville Overstock Warehouse is not liable for transportation costs of items to/from the consumer's home to the authorized repair center.
  7. Evansville Overstock Warehouse does not offer ‘service calls’, ‘house calls’, ‘pick ups’, ‘someone to come out and fix this’, ‘or install this’, or to look at furniture. The claims process must be followed in order to service any warranty issues.
  8. Evansville Overstock Warehouse may offer extended warranties, including but not limited to extended or additional fabric warranties, through a third party. LOW shall not be liable under any extended or additional warranties offered by a third party under any circumstances.
  9. Please allow up to 72 hours before first reply.
  10. Please be patient and understand that as warranty liaisons Evansville Overstock Warehouse will do our best to expedite all warranty claims. Replacement parts or warranty work may take time and is not always under the direct control of Evansville Overstock Warehouse.

--In no event shall Evansville Overstock Warehouse be responsible for consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of use, inconvenience, loss, or damage to personal property, whether indirect or direct, and whether arising in contract or tort even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible.
